This is a 12-month program where we help you learn how to develop your referral marketing strategy. In the beginning, we work with you through each PHASE to make sure you have the foundation of YOUR strategy in place. Then we continue to support you and work with you for the remainder of the membership to help you stay on course and bust through any roadblocks that may develop. Julia has the heart of an entrepreneur. With over 27 years’ experience in non-profit administration and consulting, Julia has a passion for helping businesses become more productive and profitable. As a trainer for Nspired Business Solutions, her mission is to educate business professionals on how to grow their businesses. Julia began her career in workforce development with the SC Department of Employment and Workforce starting on the front-line and working her way up to Director of a three-county area. Her accomplishments have included successfully rebranding the agency, growing the program from 2 to 8 employees, and doubling the funding to over $5 million. In 2010 Julia started her entrepreneurial journey by creating Your Connection, a customer relationship company. She gradually added other pursuits such as retail ownership when she purchased The Arts Company and career assessment software sales for Vocational Research Institute. Julia continued to add to her experience and passion for strategic networking while serving as a Director Consultant for BNI-Business Network International. In addition to her professional roles, Julia has served on the boards of the Southeastern Employment & Training Association, Pickens Area SHRM, Safe Harbor, General Federation of Women’s Clubs, Seneca Junior Women’s Club, GFWC-Foothills Women’s Club, Palmetto Rug Bugs Guild, Association of Traditional Rug Hooking Artists, and Camelot Home Owners Association.
